Olá! Welcome to our Leonardo experience blog!!
This is a space about Lifelong Learning Programme, contaning some technical information about it, but mainly about our particular and personal experience taking part in Leonardo vocational training! We will tell you about our expectactions, our activities in ACV, cultural integration and life in Portugal! We hope that this will help to promote as much as possible the importance of the Leonardo Programme, to clarify doubts and to answer to questions about it. We hope as well that even who won't have a training abroad will find interesting to know a little bit about that, through our experience! enjoy! Edelweiss and Sara

Arrive in Portugal

The arrive in Lisbon has been really different from the previous experiences abroad.

First of all.. somebody was waiting for us in the airport, secondly.. we had already an house waiting for beeing occupied.. thirdly.. the way home was by car!!

We didn't know each other before.. Our first meeting was exactly in our new portuguese house. In a while we bacame flatmates, collegues and friends going to share this amazing experience abroad!

Our mentor Antonio (you will hear often about him!) prepared for us a "welcome pack" with lots of information about Portugal and Lisbon (maps, trains and busses timesheets), that kind of information for what you usually need at least a week to collect! The best part of the welcome pack was a collection of videos about the most amazing places in Portugal that soon gave us the awareness to be in a place that really worths to be visited!
